We use the contact and business information and product requirements you submit to respond to your inquiry and discuss product availability and commercial terms. This form sends your inquiry to Baja Tire Global by email. The website does not maintain an inquiry database or accept file attachments. Email service providers and the receiving mailbox retain messages.
Language preference and retry draft
The site remembers your selected language on your device. When you attempt to submit an inquiry, the current browser tab keeps a temporary draft in sessionStorage for manual retry for up to 23 hours. The draft is removed after an accepted submission or when next checked after expiry. No advertising or analytics tools are installed. Hosting and email providers process the data needed to operate these services.
Retention and requests
Our ordinary inquiry retention policy is 24 calendar months after the last meaningful interaction. You may contact bajatireglobal@gmail.com to request access, correction or earlier deletion; we verify the requester's identity. Earlier deletion may be deferred where data is needed for an active negotiation, contract or order, a legal obligation, a fraud or security investigation, or a dispute.
